Cedar siding job in Fredonia before power washing and solid color staining.
Cedar siding job almost completed.As a homeowner I wanted the best quality job for the least money. The Prep 'n Paint bid was $1,100.00 higher than the lowest bid and $200.00 lower than the highest bid. I choose them for two reasons; the estimator knew my job inside and out and he gave me Workman's Compensation Insurance proof with the bid. This really convinced me that Prep 'n Paint is a professionally operation. I am 100% satisfied with the price and the job, they even provide a second coat of stain for a pre-determined price. Some Homes We've Painted Recently
After a treating this home for a terrible mold/mildew condition the Sherwin Williams rep to come out to recommend three kinds of paint, two kinds of special stain and two types of sealers. We painted this Saukville landmark recently. The problem here was some Cream City style bricks were disintegrating and the last painter just painted over them on the peaks. I called a mason friend of mine and used the concrete bonding product to stabilize the bricks and returned to apply a high quality paint a week later.

Each of the Prep 'n Paint painters is trained by me personally and they work together as a team to deliver an awesome paint job for you. (notice they all wear painters whites and are clean-cut and tidy?)
On this Fox Point home I restored the 4 arched windows in my West Bend studio while the crew removed the sloppiness from the previous painter, 3/4 of an inch of paint on all the windows, 38 windows. We also painted stucco wall in the back, all the soffits, wrought iron rail and sanded the columns to a smooth texture, ready to prime and paint.
This is the West Bend Country Club. Here we applied a solid-color stain to the fiber-cement siding. Instead of rolling it as several painters suggested, we brushed to provide a better penetration and finish. 
Here we custom glaze, prime and paint storm windows. a great option for people who don't want to invest in replacement vinyl windows.
Notice the neat and tidy staging area-tarp hanging neatly, ladders stacked, squared-off tarp for pouring paint and all the paint cans covered. I'm a fuss. And yes, I know the boys have soda bottles on the table but you get the idea. LOL.
This Tudor style lake home required special chinking paint and we painted it in April, not too early to paint.
This Victorian Home in Port Washington's bluff neighborhood was an exercise in ladder management. I train the painters on proper body mechanics and team regarding the staging of ladders. Homeowners sometimes stop to watch in awe by the choreographed way the boys move 40' ladders around.
